| He fell asleep on the drive with the bottle in his mouth!
He pushed the chairs around in the Lodge and would run into everyone. They all thought it was cute!
Jax and Dada
Jax and Moma
Brrr!
Sledding!
Fell asleep on the ride back to our room.
Playing Bingo with the big kids! (actually he just tried to eat all the pieces!)

| (First, I would like to say that I know this is a month late!)
Jax had two birthday parties, one in Arkansas and one at home. In Arkansas, he was very dainty with his cake. At home he did this:
That's my boy!
Jax is into everything. (I say this everytime, but seriously it gets worse and worse!) He still is holding on to furniture when walking. He likes to unplug things so that led us to revisit the whole baby proofing stage. He loves to eat tomatoes, chocolate (obviously!), and cheese. But not all together!
He gets really upset when you tell him bye bye and he doesn't have his coat on. That means he is NOT going and he does not like that! And he loves Baby the kitty. He will pet her (which means he sorta bops her on the head) and then laughs. She tolerates it so she must not dislike him too much!
I'll be better at posting now. Things are slowing down a bit. Lots of pics to share in the next couple of days!

| Planes are pretty much the most germy things ever. After we flew down to Arkansas Jaxson got a stomach virus. He preceded to share it with Justin and I. We were lucky, however, cause we didn't get it as bad. Then after we come home, three days later Jax and I get a head cold. And this cold makes you want to chop your head off! I was ok yesterday, but today I am just miserable. And so is Jax. So we are sickies together. I have pics of Arkansas to post. I have Jax's birthday pics too. But those will have to wait until another day. I'm going to go take more cold medicine. | | |
| Jax loves the dishwasher. He will roll the bottom rack out and then push it back in the dishwasher. One day I was unloading the dishwasher, I noticed he was taking the silverware and "helping" me. I thought that was pretty cute until I noticed that each time he took the silverware out, he would lick it and then put it on the floor. Blech! I wondered why he was doing this until I remember this little episode...
As I was loading up the dishwasher Jax was playing around it and making all sorts of noises. Then all of a sudden it was really quiet. As I looked around, he was no where in the kitchen. I went around the corner of the kitchen and I found him licking a spoon and really enjoying it. I got a closer look and he was licking the spoon with peanut butter on it! First off, gross. Second, we DO feed this kid. Third, peanut butter? Isn't that the worst thing to give to a baby? Luckily, he wasn't allergic. Although I must say, he sure was mad that I took the spoon away. Soon, you can eat it Jax, soon.
So back to unloading the dishwasher. He was probably licking the clean silverware to see if could find that peanut butter that he loved so much.
But I do have a question. Why does it turn so quiet in the house when my child is doing something he shouldn't?
